This position requires a person who can create memorable guest experiences. As a Casual Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the property, providing a genuine and welcoming first impression.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Be the initial contact for guests
  • Have the pivotal responsibility of creating a positive and welcoming experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
  • Assist with valeting guest cars
  • Store luggage and carry bags to rooms
  • Offer helpful and accurate local knowledge to guests in an informative manner

We are looking for someone with:

  • Exceptional communicative and interpersonal skills
  • A wide array of local knowledge or the ability to learn and expand current knowledge
  • An open driver's license
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a personable, energetic demeanor

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Peppers Soul prioritizes creating a work environment that fosters personal growth and development.
