Job DescriptionAs a Chef De Partie, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to produce high-quality meals. You will be responsible for overseeing preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring a seamless flow and consistently delivering top-notch dishes.Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards, conducting regular checks to guarantee the freshness, taste, and visual appeal of all dishes leaving the kitchen.Work closely with kitchen staff, communicating effectively to ensure efficient teamwork, smooth operations, and a harmonious kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sauces, soups, and hot dishes for service and special functions.
  • Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the menu.
  • Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to food product.

Required Skills and QualificationsStrong experience in sashimi, communication and teamwork skills. Experience in tempura, robona and Japanese cuisine would be advantageous. Passion for culinary excellence and drive to succeed in this dynamic industry.
