Midwife Management Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled midwife to fill a management role in our Maternity Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maternity Department
  • Lead a team of midwives and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for consideration
  • Current registration as a midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in midwifery or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
