Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Associate to manage project financials, ensure accurate invoicing requirements, and provide real-time visibility of project health.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately capture invoicing requirements from the start
  • Monitor project financials for timely and informed decision-making
  • Utilize tools like Business Central, Power BI, and Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Manage project invoicing in line with contract terms
  • Support day-to-day accounting and data entry tasks
Requirements:
  • Certificate-level qualification in finance or equivalent experience
  • A background in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or receivable – ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Solid Excel skills and interest in learning ERP systems (e.g. Business Central)
