Project Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Project Development Associate to support the growth and development of our residential projects. This role is crucial in driving strategic insights and financial analysis to inform key business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, from planning through delivery stages
  • Coordinating with consultants, managing project documentation, and supporting senior managers
  • Fostering strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in project management or property analysis

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Finance, or related fields
  • 2–5 years' experience in development, project management, or property analysis

Work Environment:

This role will involve working closely with senior leadership and the wider development team, providing opportunities for professional growth and exposure to high-value residential projects. As a member of our dynamic team, you will contribute to shaping the residential landscape.
