We are currently seeking experienced and qualified surf instructors to join our team during the summer season in Jervis Bay.

As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work on beautiful beaches, teach others the skills of surfing, and potentially take on leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality surf lessons to clients
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet client needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Hold or be willing to obtain relevant qualifications, including First Aid Certificate, Bronze medallion, and Surf Coach Certificate
  • Possess a valid driver's licence and Australian work authorisation
  • Be available to work flexible day shifts
