
Lead Trainer in Histopathology

This role is focused on developing and delivering training programmes to enhance the skills of Histology staff.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UKAS compliance and be able to maintain competence in technical areas as required.
- They will also be responsible for organising training and development opportunities for staff under the direction of the service lead.
As a Training Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the professional development of staff within the Histology Service. This will involve identifying and communicating training needs, as well as recording and monitoring progress.
You will work closely with the service lead to ensure that training programmes are tailored to meet the specific needs of the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of training and development activities.
