Backend Systems Expert

We're seeking a seasoned backend systems engineer to lead the design and evolution of scalable solutions that support admin experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand multi-team admin needs and turn them into scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Mentor and support other engineers in engineering excellence, sharing knowledge and building a strong culture of technical growth.

You'll be a great fit if you have deep backend expertise in JVM-based languages like Java or Kotlin, have designed and led strategies for large-scale distributed systems, and thrived in ambiguity as a systems thinker.

Key Responsibilities:
