Medpace is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead global clinical research studies in the Infectious Disease area.
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational project plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocols, therapeutic areas, and indications to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Serve as primary Sponsor contact for project-specific issues and study deliverables.
- Provide oversight and guidance to project team members, ensuring they meet their deliverables and receive necessary project-specific training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a health/life science-related field.
- At least two years of clinical trial management experience in the Asia Pacific region, with preference for prior CRO experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written English.
- Flexible, accountable, and comfortable working in a global environment.
