Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud resources to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure to meet business requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud resources to ensure maximum uptime and performance
  • Work with cloud providers to manage and configure cloud resources
  • Set up automatic scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Perform system updates and patches to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with other operations staff, engineering, and client services to ensure cloud services are available 24/7

Requirements

  • Proficient with automation using PowerShell, UNIX shell, Ansible, or Fabric
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of supporting and managing AWS Cloud environments using AWS native tools
  • Experience with AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and other AWS services
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret and present results to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
