Pastry Experience Opportunity

Lune Lab is an exclusive pastry experience, a multi-course croissant tasting menu served at the bar. Guests watch chefs create experimental pastries in real time inside "The Cube."

This immersive and theatrical experience has been one of the most in-demand pastry experiences in Sydney.

We are assembling a polished front-of-house team with fine dining service skills, cocktail confidence, and a passion for guest experience to deliver this new format of Lune Lab.

The role involves:

  • Guest engagement and fine dining-style service for our 3 course sitting
  • Preparing and serving cocktails (RSA required) and coffee (training provided)
  • Supporting table service, plating, and front-of-house presentation
  • Attending training sessions to prepare for service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fine dining FOH experience in premium restaurants or bars
  • RSA certification and 2-3 years' bartending/cocktail experience
  • Warm and professional communication
  • Presentation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
