About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Credit Champion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial services and wants to make a positive impact on society.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To promote our loan offerings to customers or prospective customers of buildware merchants, soliciting loan applications that meet their needs.
  2. To facilitate the application process by inputting data into our systems, including uploading supporting documentation.
  3. To act as the primary liaison with applicants regarding application progress, outcomes, and merchant account setup.
  4. To play a key role in facilitating finance for housing development and improvement in South Africa, while also increasing turnover and sustainability for build-ware merchants.

Requirements:

  1. A matric certificate; a tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
  2. Experience in sales environments would be an asset.
  3. BASIC computer literacy is required.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  5. Strong networking skills and the ability to handle multiple client companies and customers are necessary.
  6. A self-motivated and results-driven individual is sought after.
