Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sustainable, long-term growth through impactful partnerships and strategic business development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Win new business: Identify, target, and convert opportunities in the fitness channel through cold calls, presentations, and trade show networking.
  • Expand reach: Increase physical availability, visibility, and distribution across gyms, studios, and other fitness outlets.
  • Build powerful partnerships: Work closely with internal teams to bring customers on board, set them up for success, and execute impactful promotional activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for the fitness industry, whether through personal interest or previous work experience.
  • Sales experience and proven success in business development or new business generation, ideally within beverages or fitness.
  • A hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and passionate about winning, with a track record of identifying opportunities and turning them into lasting partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
