Food & Beverage Attendant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in the Deck Cafe & Bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to serve food and beverages to guests, manage cash and operate a point-of-sale system, as well as maintain a clean and safe working environment.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and is able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing of the Deck Cafe
  • Serving as a point of contact for Conference & Events during shifts
  • Attending to guests during busy breakfast and lunch periods
  • Providing high standards of service to hotel guests
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage policies and procedures
  • Good sense of humor
