We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our customers by offering personalized support and assistance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services that cater to the diverse needs of our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support;">
  • Offering social support, transportation, and domestic assistance to promote independence and well-being;">
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer progress and reporting any changes or concerns to relevant authorities;">

About You:

To succeed in this rewarding role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Criminal Record Check, and First Aid Certificate/CPR are also essential requirements.

Furthermore, you will require:

  • A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle, Australian Drivers License, and smartphone with internet access;">
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services;">
  • Comfortable using technology, such as mobile apps, for accessing rosters and recording customer notes;">
