Senior Business Optimization Specialist


Job Description:

The role of a Senior Business Optimization Specialist is pivotal in streamlining business operations and enhancing data quality across various functions.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive business and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize business processes, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate specifications.
  • Design and execute testing plans to validate solutions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the buy-side funds industry.
  • Strong understanding of data flows between front and middle office functions.
  • Experience working with security data, classifications, and mastering.
  • Familiarity with investment data vendors such as Bloomberg.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
