Senior FPGA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FPGA Engineer to play a key role in the design, development and deployment of cutting-edge trading infrastructure solutions. As a leadership figure, you will be responsible for architecting hardware-accelerated solutions, guiding a team of engineers and collaborating closely with trading and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy FPGA solutions to accelerate critical areas of trading infrastructure.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design, verification, and implementation of RTL designs (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, or HLS).
  • Implement end-to-end solutions from board level to API and deploy into production environments.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, traders and strategy developers to integrate hardware and software solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in FPGA architecture and design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog or HLS programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols preferred.
  • Prior exposure to financial markets or trading systems is highly valued but not essential.
  • Natural curiosity, strong problem-solving skills and a drive to innovate and push technology forward.
