Job Title: Support Professional

Promote the independence and autonomy of participants by providing support and care services in Albury and Wodonga.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany participants in various settings to enhance their daily living activities.
  • Provide personal care and support, including assistance with daily routines and tasks.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including family members and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support.
  • At least six months of full-time experience within the disability sector.
  • Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Previous experience with Brain Trauma and/or High Complex Care.
  • Manual Handling Certificate valid within the last twelve months.
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • NDIS Worker Clearance or willingness to obtain.
