**About the Role and Team**

Rubrik's sales organization is a team of elite cross-functional professionals dedicated to helping companies and government entities protect their data against cyber threats, malicious insiders, and operational disruptions. We provide continuous professional development through our sales enablement program and offer resources for success through our One Rubrik approach.

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for bookings growth in new and existing accounts across Victoria, prioritizing opportunities and driving pipeline generation daily. The AE must work closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and partners to exceed sales quotas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Manage sales pipelines to move strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently.
- Identify and close new opportunities for growth by working with mid-enterprise accounts.
- Present solutions within complex data center design environments.
- Co-sell and strategize with partners to enable rapid growth.
- Provide management with feedback about market opportunities and identification of new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of Tech sales experience (selling IT Infrastructure, SAAS, or Security).
- Demonstrable experience selling into the Victorian market across Enterprise Accounts.
- Consistent track record of landing
