Job Title:

ASD 6 Administration Officers

The role of ASD 6 Administration Officer is a key position within the organization.

This position involves leading others and delivering operational and business outcomes.

An ideal candidate for this role will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Allocating work, resources and tasking including setting team priorities, developing strategies and evaluating business outcomes
  • Tasks Completion: Ensuring completion of individual and team tasking within agreed timeframes and to the expected standards
  • Mentoring and Guiding: Sharing expertise to guide and mentor less experienced staff
  • Administration and Advice: Provide detailed administration and professional advice for procedural, operational, administrative and business support activities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and negotiate with stakeholders on complex issues to achieve outcomes
