Main Responsibilities

You will report to the management team or delegate and work with a professional group to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

  • Oversight of patron, vehicle, and equine ingress
  • Respond to customer enquiries, including ticket distribution
  • Accurate attendance figures recording
  • Efficient cash handling and management
  • Provide high-level customer service
Skill Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Sound interpersonal, verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Effective, efficient, and reliable performance in various situations
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ticket selling and entry control at events, along with crowd management skills and excellent customer service.

We operate both Ascot and Belmont Park racecourses, staging more than 90 race meetings per year, including the high-profile Perth Cup and The Pinnacles Series.
