  • Proven hands-on experience with Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong technical acumen with excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and its practical application.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a rotational on-call support capacity.
  • Eligible to obtain a National Police Check.
