We are seeking a dedicated Home Support Worker to provide care and support to older members of our community, enabling them to maintain their independence.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality care and be passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals. They will be responsible for providing home help services, including general housekeeping, meal preparation, social support, and transport to lifestyle activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in social activities

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in aged care or a similar field
  • Compassion, empathy, and a patient attitude
  • Australian Driver's Licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle
