We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive the successful delivery of complex projects.
This role plays a pivotal part in leading high-performing teams and building trusted client relationships. You will take a hands-on approach to both project execution and leadership, working with clients across our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class project outcomes, always focused on achieving optimal client results.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities across internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure efficient project execution.
- Build and nurture high-performing teams with the capabilities needed to support business growth.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design briefs, and ensure alignment from concept through to completion.
- Support identification, conversion, and delivery of new business in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Lead by example, embedding a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure project management systems and safety protocols are robust, adhered to, and continuously improved.
- Manage contract administration and oversee project financials, ensuring projects meet resourcing, margin, and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong networks across industry, consultants, and clients to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in industrial development, project management, or contract administration.
- Proven track record in delivering multiple, complex construction projects valued at $50M+, preferably within the industrial and supply chain sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management and financial oversight.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project; experience with Procore, Aconex, and AutoCAD highly regarded.
