Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Program and Strategic Initiative Oversight: Manage multiple programs and strategic initiatives concurrently, ensuring they align with the organization's mission.
- Leadership in Digital Innovation: Champion digital innovation, promoting the adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with stakeholders to guarantee the fulfillment of program objectives.
- Change Management and Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage risks and changes to minimize impact on program scope, timelines, and quality.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that all program deliverables meet established quality benchmarks and adhere to relevant regulations.
Selection Criteria:
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency status is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, along with professional certifications such as PMBOK, PMP, or Prince2.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and executing medium to large-scale transformation projects, preferably within complex healthcare settings.
- Experience in a standalone Project Coordinator role within a small team, with a hands-on approach.
- Previous experience in Business Analysis is highly regarded.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management at the Executive leadership level.
