The IT Manager position plays a pivotal role in the sustained growth and success of a medium-sized business. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, management, and seamless operation of the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for IT that align with the organization's goals.
  • Manage, maintain, implement, and optimize IT systems and infrastructure across the business.
  • Oversee the development and management of IT initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all IT practices.
  • Negotiate external relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and process development.
About You:
  • You will have prior experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role - IT Manager / Senior IT in residential construction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and successful management of IT systems in a similar role | Residential construction required.
  • Strong leadership skills - ability to implement, drive, motivate, and train.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders including Executives.
  • Tertiary qualification (desired).
