Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Professional to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing reliability, security and performance of our IT systems, network infrastructure and technical resources.

The successful candidate will maintain and develop network and server infrastructure, provide excellent communication, troubleshooting and support through Help Desk, and ensure the functioning of all critical ICT systems and smooth operations of the organization.

In collaboration with the Head of ICT, this role will ensure that technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant and responsive to the needs of both students and staff.

The IT Infrastructure Professional will deliver positive customer service to end users through a strong understanding of education, business and administration processes and requirements of ICT systems and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate must have relevant technical expertise, problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to meet the demands of this dynamic role.
