Senior Manager of Consumer Campaigns and Content

This pivotal role drives the evolution of our MoneySmart program, ensuring it remains a leading source of independent financial information for Australians.

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of consumer-focused campaigns and content strategies that engage audiences and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

As Senior Manager, Consumer Campaigns and Content, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in delivering impactful and engaging content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include driving the implementation of our consumer communication strategy, shaping the future of our consumer and investor communications, and expanding the reach and relevance of MoneySmart.

Experience in the financial services industry and a strong passion for financial education and consumer advocacy are highly regarded.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Extensive experience in communications, public relations, media, marketing or related fields is essential. A deep understanding of digital content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and web analytics is also required.

A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing compelling, user-centric content that cuts through in a crowded media landscape is necessary.

Exceptional stakeholder management, media relations, and content-first storytelling expertise enable you to influence executives, advise technical experts, and engage with consumer groups effectively.
