Product Manager - Solutions Architect

Job Description:

Our organization requires a skilled Product Manager - Solutions Architect to oversee the development and implementation of backend and platform capabilities that drive exceptional frontend experiences on multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend and platform capabilities that empower teams to accelerate time-to-market and deliver world-class user experiences. This includes collaborating with cross-functional squads within the Property Search Experience crew and the wider Audience division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain backend and platform capabilities that empower market-facing squads to accelerate time-to-market and deliver world-class user experiences.
  • Enable new product capabilities by developing tech foundations.
  • Collaborate with other squads within the Property Search Experience crew and the wider Audience division.
  • Retire existing backend functionalities and transform GraphQL to a federated model.
  • Collaborate with other Domain Group Product and Technology teams on integration patterns and service boundaries.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products at scale.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications with engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints using sound judgment to assess risks.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
