Defence Projects Manager

A skilled Project Manager is required to lead Defence projects in VIC, working closely with specialists and clients.
This role involves developing deep understanding of client challenges to co-create innovative solutions that shape the future.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage Capital Works projects for Defence Bases in VIC.
- Ensure project schedules meet client expectations and timeframes.
- Manage project scopes from concept design to handover.
- Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.
- Support multiple concurrent projects across the life cycle.
- Report on project status, progress and completion.
- Excellent understanding of Project Management and passion for infrastructure projects.
- Consultancy project management and Defence experience.
- Qualifications in technical disciplines like engineering, project management or construction management.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Australian Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.
