About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Shop. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading emergency glass repairer in Brisbane, managing the effective deployment of work throughout the region daily.

As Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating jobs to optimize efficiency for our tradespeople, assessing job requirements accurately to ensure proper resource allocation, and liaising with customers to provide timely updates and enhance satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for resolving logistical challenges and emergency requests in a professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs to maximize efficiency
  • Assessing job requirements and allocating resources accordingly
  • Liaising with customers to provide timely updates and improve satisfaction
  • Resolving logistical challenges and emergency requests

The ideal candidate will have prior scheduling or glazing experience, proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
