Restocker/refiller

As a Refiller/Restocker, you will play a critical role in the operations of our bubble tea vending machines. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining, refilling, and ensuring the continuous operation of our machines across various locations. You will also work from our office to address customer complaints, troubleshoot and fix machine issues, and manage the logistics of transporting ingredients from our warehouse to the machines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various machine locations to refill and restock bubble tea ingredients, cups, and other supplies.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of vending machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and presentably.
- Respond promptly to service calls to address and fix machine issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
- Work from the office to handle customer complaints, providing excellent service and solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the transport of ingredients and supplies from the warehouse to vending machine locations, ensuring timely and efficient restocking.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels, restocking activities, and maintenance actions taken on each machine.
- Collaborate with the team to improve machine performance, customer service strategies, and operational efficiency.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
