The Job

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving membership growth and retention across our Mount Gravatt East and Beenleigh clubs. This will involve generating leads, converting them into memberships, and retaining current members through excellent customer service and relationship building.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Build strong relationships with existing members and identify opportunities to improve their experience
  • Work closely with the club team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement to promote the club and its services
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive member experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service
