Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily needs and supporting them to live independently.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent, and experience working in disability or aged care. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will assist clients with personal care, domestic assistance, social support, meal preparation, and medication prompting. They will also support clients in the community with social activities, transport to appointments, and outings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
  • Experience working in disability or aged care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Current First Aid certificate (mandatory)
  • Current Police Check (mandatory)
  • NDIS Worker screening check (mandatory)
  • Working with Children Check (optional)
