Eye Care Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Eye Care Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in finding the perfect eyewear solution.

Our boutique optical practice has been serving the community for over 15 years, offering a unique and rare selection of handmade and artisanal eyewear. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellent customer service and our ability to cater to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients and visitors, responding promptly to their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on frame selection, ensuring that clients find frames that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized practice environment to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends, including frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories.
  • Have experience with or be willing to learn standard optical workshop procedures and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
  • A passion for great design and a willingness to learn more about the latest fashion trends.
  • Well-presented with an excellent sense of style and exceptional customer service skills.
