About the Role

  • Inspire and empower your team to achieve sales excellence through coaching and performance management.
  • Oversee hub operations to ensure seamless functionality and outstanding service delivery.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives and monitor team performance against targets.
  • Maintain oversight of the customer journey from initial inquiry to successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Optimize the retail space to maximize aesthetic appeal and product understanding.
