Technical Leader - Software Engineering">

The Technical Lead for Software Engineering will play a pivotal role in driving the development and maintenance of our StudyLink Connect product, an innovative Application and Admission platform serving leading universities and international institutions.

This senior position requires a highly skilled individual with experience in web application development, preferably with CFML, and a deep understanding of object-oriented fundamentals. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality, testable, secure, maintainable, and extendable code, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable codebases
  • Driving innovation and improvement throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and support

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in web application development
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented principles
  • Familiarity with relational databases and proficiency in SQL
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Experience in EdTech, FinTech, or education and payment industries

We utilize a range of technologies, including CFML, Python, Django, Flask, React, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora, Docker, Amazon ElastiCache (Redis), and EventBridge.
