We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Wollongong store and elevate the customer experience. As the heartbeat of the store, you will ensure seamless operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily store operations and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Develop your team in product knowledge and client care through coaching and mentoring.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop your team members.
  • Plan rosters and oversee payroll accuracy.
  • Implement merchandising and visual standards that reflect our brand image.
  • Analyze sales trends, manage inventory levels, and plan promotions.
  • Liaise with shopping centre management and external suppliers.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail or store management, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales results.
  • Effective decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
