This role is well suited to an experienced administrator with strong communication and time management skills, ideally with some exposure to recruitment or human resources environments.
As a Recruitment Administration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment advertising, preparing induction schedules, maintaining HR systems, supporting compliance activities, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruitment Administration Officer to support the delivery of high-quality recruitment and onboarding services.
About this Role
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent administration skills, including data entry, document management, and use of Microsoft Office.
Apart from these essential administrative skills, we also require knowledge and/or experience in recruitment processes, including advertising, compliance, and onboarding.
In addition, candidates should have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide professional and timely customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
