  • The ideal candidate will be able to work during the day, evening, or weekends, with a minimum of 3 days full availability per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to ageing adults in their homes
  • Assist with light household duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings

Requirements:

  • A big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families
  • Personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships
  • Located and willing to travel up to 30 minutes within Melbourne Outer Eastern Suburbs
  • Must have a valid driver's license, access to a reliable car, and comprehensive car insurance
  • Certificate in aged care or equivalent required
  • Ability to speak Spanish highly desirable
