Job Title: Administration & Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Industrial & Logistics team in Parramatta. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the real estate industry and develop fundamental marketing and real estate skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate the preparation of reports, submissions, and other documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality marketing materials.
  • Update the company database, including listing information, and upload to the website as required.
  • Manage online listings on the Colliers website and third-party websites.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings as necessary.
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills, with a preference for experience in In-Design and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to implement improvements.
  • Previous administration and marketing experience within the property industry is highly desirable.
