Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our product growth strategy, driving initiatives that boost user engagement and retention.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver products that drive user adoption and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and industry developments to inform product decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles, preferably in B2B2C growth-stage companies.
  • Proven track record of driving metrics that matter, including activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong systems thinking skills, with the ability to balance velocity, clarity, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to align design, eng, and GTM teams around bold bets and fast learnings.
