Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in rural practice. As a key member of the multidisciplinary Allied Health clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional therapy services to diverse clients.

Job Description
  • Assess and design personalized intervention services and therapy plans for various needs including paediatrics, home modifications, vocational rehabilitation, disability, neurological rehabilitation, and aged care.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and local primary healthcare teams to achieve client goals within base clinic and outreach locations.
  • Prepare and present information sessions for educators, parents, and other professionals.
  • Provide services under NDIS, DVA, WC, Medicare, PHN, Checkup, Aged Care Packages, among others.
  • Engage in weekly multi-disciplinary case conferences for complex NDIS clients.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy and coach clients in alternative techniques to advance motor skills, coordination, balance, and mobility.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for enhancing services in rural, remote, and indigenous communities, and be committed to fostering a supportive environment for growth into leadership positions or clinical excellence.
