Graduate Occupational Therapist - Rural Community Support

Job Description:

This is an ideal opportunity for a new graduate occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in rural Queensland. As part of our Brighter Futures New Graduate Program, you will benefit from structured, supportive development opportunities designed specifically for early-career clinicians.

As an occupational therapist in this role, you will be responsible for delivering therapy and supports to children and families in your region. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to individuals with developmental delays or disabilities.

You will have access to regular clinical supervision, mentoring, and tailored learning opportunities to help you grow your skills and confidence in a regional setting.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and families in regional communities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • Passion for working with children and families in regional communities
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
