**Driving Professional**We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated driving instructor to join our team. As a driving professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality driver education to individuals, helping them develop safe driving skills and confidence on the road.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing theoretical and practical training sessions to students;
  • Maintaining a late model vehicle in excellent condition;
  • Setting your own flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle;
  • Benefiting from extensive advertising efforts in your local area to attract new clients;
  • Collaborating with the Onroad team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in driver education.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Currently be qualified as a driving instructor or be willing to fast-track your driving instructor course through our sister company;
  • Have a genuine passion for driving and teaching others;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively;
  • Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and ability to provide constructive feedback;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and student appointments effectively;
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring student satisfaction.
