About the Opportunity

As a key member of the Perigon Group's Commercial Finance team, you will play a vital role in providing strategic financial support to operational stakeholders and corporate leadership. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial and non-financial analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead business case development and revenue reporting initiatives
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in commercial finance best practices

About You

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Finance professional with a proven track record of business partnering in a large, complex corporate environment. Experience with recurring revenue models is essential, including knowledge of accounting constructs, multiple billing phases, and product terms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, with a focus on business partnering and financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge decisions
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, including Excel, financial modeling tools, and ERP systems
