About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Analyst/Finance Business Partner to join our Revenue/Top Line Commercial high-performing team at Allura Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic initiatives through business partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth and Strategy
    • Partner with key stakeholders to identify key revenue growth opportunities and drive top-line performance across various categories.
    • Perform analysis and provide insight to help the business understand performance and drive action to address issues/leverage opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Present and articulate analysis, insights, and recommendations to different stakeholder groups in ways that they understand, and engage in robust and challenging discussions on findings and recommendations.
    • Own the monthly period performance and annual budget process, and as part of this, implement process improvement opportunities to enable increased focus on analysis rather than reporting.
  • Business Partnership and Collaboration
    • Take the finance lead on reviewing business cases, monitoring results, and KPIs.
    • Maintain existing processes, systems, and tools while driving continuous improvement to automate and enhance existing analysis and reporting.
    • Respond to stakeholder requests and manage own workload by prioritizing tasks and managing stakeholder expectations and timelines in a mixture of working environments, including Agile.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with other teams across Finance and the business to achieve alignment and deliver timely outcomes to support key initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • CA/CPA or similar business qualification with commercial awareness and business focus.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Strong data analysis and modeling skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Ability to make the complex simple.
    • Strong Financial Modeling, Analytical experience.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey key messages to stakeholders, and an adaptive style and ability to influence outcomes.
