We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Allied Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team. As an integral part of our service, you will work closely with clients and their families to deliver high-quality mental health services.

  • This is a fixed-term, full-time position working up to 76 hours per fortnight.

The successful applicant will be required to meet the essential criteria for appointment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist assessments and provide consumer-led treatment services to clients and their families or carers.
  • Promote community awareness about mental health and develop relationships with other mental health service providers.
  • Act as a consultant to other agencies regarding the support and management of clients with mental health needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality mental health services in accordance with best practice principles and within a recovery framework.
  • Undertaking specialist assessments and providing treatment services to clients and their families or carers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years post-graduate employment in a clinical area directly applicable to the Child and Adolescent, Adult Community, Inpatient and Extended Treatment and Older Persons Mental Health Service area.
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and understanding of mental health in relation to the specified service area.
  • Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic interventions relevant to the Child and Adolescent, Adult Community, and Older Persons Mental Health Service area.
