Intensive Education Case Manager

The Intensive Education Case Service Manager will lead a team of case managers in supporting students and families with complex needs and backgrounds.
This role promotes collaboration with other government agencies and non-government agencies, leading the provision of high-quality education case management for young people with complex histories and circumstances.
This includes promoting positive educational outcomes, transitions, and pathways.
- Lead, manage, and develop staff to deliver evidence-based case management support, governance, and reporting activities.
- Manage regional education case management caseloads and coordinate case management governance and planning activities.
- Provide high-level advice on the case management of students and reporting against agreed objectives.
- Lead the management of recruitment and selection, workforce planning, training, and performance of staff.
- Analyse and refine regional systems and processes to ensure successful delivery of intensive education case management.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
