Disability Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic support workers to join our team in the Macarthur region. Our clients require long-term staff to provide ongoing support throughout the Campbelltown, Camden & Wollondilly regions.

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours shifts attracting penalty rates. You may be a university student looking for relevant work experience or someone returning to work. We welcome individuals with lived experience who can bring their skills and passion to this role.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate, and energetic, with the ability to think outside the box and approach work in a flexible manner. You will receive paid induction training, ongoing 1:1 support, and supervision as part of our commitment to staff development.

Essential Criteria:

  • Driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance
  • Less than 12 months old National Police Check
  • Working With Childrens Check (paid work)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check

Desirable:

Experience and/or qualifications in Disability Support Work
